I'm an adventure, elopement and wedding photographer in the Pacific Northwest (and beyond). I'm also an ultra marathoner, mountain lover, and dog wrangler, who needs regular access to tall peaks old growth forests, rocky coastlines, and everybody-knows-your-name wine bars.
I've had a camera in-hand from day one. My dad was a prolific documentarian - taking photos of every single moment of my childhood. My mom is a designer and artist, and I grew up peeking over her shoulder as she worked on drawings, paintings, and digital renderings. I learned to always have an eye out for beautiful things, and to be curious about my surroundings.
Having started out as a sports photographer, I'm drawn to the gritty, tearful, joyful moments at the finish line - when athletes are stripped of everything except for raw emotions and they get to fall into the arms of their loved ones. I seek out that same authenticity in my wedding photos. I want you to look back at your album and feel like that was a day that you got to wholeheartedly, fully, express your connection and everything that makes you, you.
All bodies, abilities, cultural backgrounds and types of love are safe with me.
You'll find me breathing in the petrichor, laughing with loved ones, getting up early and staying up late.
On your wedding day, I’m there to capture moments both big and small, while making sure you have as much time as possible to celebrate with your loved ones. I am inspired by storytelling, emotion, nostalgia and connection, and aim to incorporate these into your wedding day. I'm the right photographer for you if you want to prioritize candid photos, and are particularly moved by albums that tell a full story. You have a little sense of adventure, and you absolutely can't wait to celebrate your partnership - no matter what that looks like to you.
You share my values about respecting nature, and honoring all types of love, gender identity, and cultural background. If you're the kind of person who returns your shopping carts and waves at every dog, we might actually become best friends.
"OMG WE JUST OPENED OUR PHOTOS AND THEY ARE PERFECT!!! WE COULDN'T HAVE IMAGINED THEY WOULD COME OUT THIS AMAZING."
