I met Jackie and Chris in 2023 in the Italian Dolomites while taking photos for Runcation. The two of them also happened to be from Portland, and they were kind enough to think of me when they came home and got engaged! These two are such a cool couple – they’re adventurous, driven, and just bursting with love and support for each other. During the ceremony, each one took time to explain what made the other special, and to detail how their lives are better because of their partnership. Let me tell you, even I got emotional.
When Chris and Jackie got engaged, Jackie’s primary goal was to have “one long table with all of their friends and family together.” A testament to how deeply the couple cares about the people in their lives, they made it happen – people traveled near and far to gather together over a delicious meal, impeccable decor, and to take in the Tuscan vibes at the Black Walnut Inn.
